Speak to or speak with?

Is it correct to say: a) I speak to Irene or b) I speak with Irene?

a) I did leave my home at 7 or b) I left my home at 7?

In the case of speak to and speak with, both are fine.
In the case of leave or left, normally you would say I left my home at 7. You would only say I did leave my home at 7 if someone was doubting your statement. If, for example, someone says  “So you didn’t leave your home at 7”, to which you would answer, “No, I did leave my home at 7.” But this is an unlikely conversation, so you should say I left my home at 7.
