“It’s years since Naomi saw any of her cousins” or “It has been years since Naomi saw any of her cousins”? I suppose the first is correct, but I’m not sure for the second one. Thanks, Maria
Technically, the second one is slightly better, but the first one is also acceptable. It would be even better to say “It’s been years since Naomi last saw any of her cousins.”
