Everything’s going to be all right!

If l say “the things is gonna be right” and “the things will be right” am l saying the same thing or not? Thanks! Gianna.

Neither phrase is particularly good English! A better version would be the line from a Bob Marley song, “Everything’s going to be all right.” Otherwise you could use a more formal expression like “Everything will be fine.”
“Things is gonna be right” is pure slang. It’s fine in a song or a movie, but not in written English…
